Client Responsibilities

As a client of Prime Path AI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state-specific telemarketing laws
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Ensure you have obtained all necessary consents from your own customers prior to us contacting them on your behalf

SMS and Text Message Communications

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Prime Path AI:

• You provide explicit consent to receive messages including appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and service-related notifications
• Messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system
• Standard text message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier
• Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and service usage
• We comply with all applicable regulations including TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements

Opt-Out and Help

• Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from SMS communications

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you choose to opt back in.

Payment Terms

Fees and Billing

Price Changes
